In 1997, after serving 7 years in the military, Jason moved back to Maryland to work with his father, David Hageman, in the Real Estate Industry. Two years later Jason’s brother Cliff moved from Buffalo, NY to join them at RE/MAX where they because one of the top teams in their company. 6 years later in August of 2005 Jason and Cliff decided that it was time for a change and wanted to open a Company of their own.
